What does it mean if my experience is not verified?

Your experience needs to be verified by your nominated Supervisor or Manager before your experience information is approved by MIBoC as meeting the experience requirements for certification.

If your experience has not been verified, you should reach out to your nominated Supervisor or Manager to follow up with them to ensure that the verification email was received, and to ask them to respond accordingly.

Alternatively, you can log into your student profile here and add or change your nominated Supervisor or Manager’s contact details if your previous Supervisor or Manager is no longer available.

Once verification is completed our certification team will be notified and if all is in order your certification will be processed.
