Exam videos are required for EVERY paper exam session. It is your responsibility to ensure paper exam sessions are recorded and then uploaded to ShareFile at the end of each exam session.
Uploading the exam video immediately after the session allows the video to be reviewed prior to the exams being received. This ensures no grading delays occur upon receipt of the exams. To upload your exam video, please go to the edit course page in the TMS and click on the document link that matches the document you intend to upload. This will open a new tab in your browser that will allow you to drag and drop the file across, ensuring the documents always go to the correct location.
Please make sure to include the Course ID in your document and video file names.
When you arrange video recordings for each paper exam session, please make sure that the approved invigilator can be seen in the exam video so that we can confirm their attendance and supervision during the exam session. Invigilators will need to invigilate students in person in the same room for the entire duration of the exam.
