Who can I contact if my Distance Learning access doesn’t work or has expired?

Students can contact the Training Partner directly or our Mobius Distance Learning Team via email at studentsupport@mobiusinstitute.com

Common reasons that your Distance Learning Access isn't working:

  • Your access period has expired.
  • You have updated your email address in the TMS, and are now trying to use this email to access the Distance Learning Portal. The two systems are separate so they do not currently update each other.
  • You have forgotten our password, in which case you can reset your password using the Distance Learning Portal
