Online exams are required to be taken within 30 days of receiving confirmation of the exam setup.
Online exams will be cancelled if not taken within 30 days. If the exam is still required after 30 days, a new order will need to be submitted. You will receive an email prior to the expiration date of their online exam access.
Online exam orders with an exam date scheduled more than 30 days in the future will still be accepted. Please ensure that you order your online exam at least 5 business days prior to your expected exam session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an online exam, please notify our exams team at MobiusSupport@mobiusinstitute.com as soon as possible.
